Dr. Sarah Rainer is the founder and owner of Raleigh Kids. She received her Masters and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology, and is a licensed psychologist. She specializes in counseling services with kids, families, parents, and adult women. Her areas of focus include anxiety, eating disorders, OCD, behavioral problems, depression, life stressors and transitions, social skills deficits, parenting challenges, and trauma.

Dr. Rainer has been married for 16 years and has three children of her own. She is also a podcast guest, writer, and speaker for various Christian organizations.
