Does Raleigh Kids accept insurance?

At this time, Raleigh Kids does not accept insurance. We do provide diagnostic codes and service receipts that can be submitted to your insurance company. Check with your insurance to see if our services can apply towards your deductible and/or out-of-network expenditures. Often services can be included under FSA or HSA expenses.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept cash, check, debit cards, and credit cards. Payments are rendered at the time of service.

What occurs during the initial consultation?

At Raleigh Kids, every new client must have an initial consultation. The initial consultation includes: Discussing the practice's approach to treatment, signing and discussing consent and intake forms, a thorough interview, and recommendations for treatment.

When should I arrive for appointments?

Please arrive 5 minutes early for each appointment, with the exception of the initial consultation. In order to complete all necessary paperwork, please arrive 15 minutes early for the initial consultation.

How do I schedule an appointment?
